Cancellation Eligibility:

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).

After Dispatch:

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may refuse the package upon delivery, but return/refund policies will apply.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If you paid online, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–15 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Frequent Cancellations: Customers who repeatedly cancel orders may have their accounts permanently blocked and reported to other online stores.
